It's been several months since i last played(before last update giving the new maps). Where are the new skills at? And what do they do? I'm a level 122 ranger and haven't played really this year( been away from Internet) thanks all!

What does it mean when it says increases 20/10/5 per tick? How much is a tick compared to health? you you have 1000 health, how much is a tick and how often?

where do you get conceal?

What are the best items for a ranger? i.e. armor, weapon, jewelry etc..

where do i find the disc fragments for the warden quests?

Where does one find/acquire the frozen meteoric bow?
