I have my fire ward maxed at 25/25. Not currently sure about how much resist it gives right now. But when i use rings (+6 in total) and heat resist bracelets (+120 in total) with the maxed fire ward, it doesn't seem to reduce the heat damage much, if any at all than what the maxed fire ward does on ...

Increase your strength to around 300-350.
Reduce your dex to around 50 (+75 with golden quiver)
Max rapid shot, sharp shot and maybe steady aim.

For a dps build, this seems to work for me.

The quest (and others) involved with TamLin's Sword in Stonevale gives plat potions (invisibility, shrink/growth).

I'd suggest that you block him. And then probably tell the clan leaders of his clan. Best thing to do is to stop him from scamming other people as well.

As others have suggested, you should get a totem as your main weapon. If you can afford it, buy a grimoire. At your lvl, it should increase your heals by quite a bit. It will also help slightly with energy regen if you need it. (grimoire req lvl is 50? or 60?) I'm not aware of any other offhands whi...
