I sent the email to info 4 days ago and support 2 days ago.. I sent a followup email and both didn't reply, its been a couple days already after that. How long does it take them to read and reply? I'm really sorry that I'm being impatient, I really want to get back playing the game.

Hello, My account name is darkdragonredx. I've been playing since 2011 and have not been able to log in after one of the recent big updates.
