Any ideas what the phantomblade guys spawn from, or do they just spawn on their own? Like event mobs, or regular mobs?

This arena is nothing. OTM set the arena up a certain way, like it or not, read the intro to the arena when you start. You are suppose to even PVP to just get your glad.
