Shouting is free for level 5 and over. Bullhorn is required to shout for levels 1-4 but you can get them from a quest as well as item shop. You can also get leystone fragments and smaller health/mana potions from quests as well as item shop.

It was submitted on Friday so with luck it may go live next week, however it is completely down to Apple now and how long they take before they approve it.

Armour reduces damage that you take when you are hit - it shouldn't affect the skills

You shouldn't be able to hack things like damage - that's all 100% held on the server.
