Can you do this for a single account or would both accounts be switched?

I was just wondering if it was possible to transfer an account to a different email? -For example, put it on my brothers email/account so I could open another spot for an account and it would show up on his? (on the same world/server)

I have emailed them and still haven not received a reply... I also used the in-game support which has also not been replied to...

Why was my topic deleted and my support never answered in game... My rogue was named 'pedofile' as a joke , so I'm assuming that was the reason.
