The money has been transferred from my iTunes acc to game, but I could not login game, all servers. I can login but no character I can choose, neither new nor exist chars. I have bought plats for 2 times, every time I bought, then my iPad can not login, then I tried my iPhone, same issue after payin...

After my entering the pad of iTunes, then all my characters disappear, help!
