What i have seen so far is a black pirate eyepatch and a black pirate skullcap. Btw they sparkle too when worn. These are the only rare pirate fashions i have seen so far.

From what i have experianced so far many of the bosses in the Otherworld are too powerfull whereas you will need to waste alot of idols if you have or dont have druids.
