As a 180 str ranger, the wind quiver is great. Pierce is based on strength and the quiver wouldn't do you well if you are balanced or went high dex. It's for rangers 180+ seeking dl quiv primarily.

Diamond is for 80-120, then if you want adamant(not recommended) then you upgrade to it.

How is that a bad deal? The bp alone is 100k. Dagger is 80-100k
