character lost from my acc but nothing atm

My character lost from my acc 8 days till now after server crash ,happened this to anyone ?if its happened how long took to claim the character or claim lost weapons and a.t.c Did ingame support help to anyone any proplem and how long time had to wait ? I will be please if someone can give any infor...

I did admin but I don't have any answer ATM from 5 days now , i don't know what happend and how long I have to wait , this is very annoying , I just want to claim back my character and contineu the game
