thanks for restoring all my armor but it says i need 18k to get my quartz longblade back! if i sold it i would have the money because i deleted him right after!!! i didnt buy anything! im pretty sure i dropped my skygem quartz longblade not sold it! i can even level with that sword please help!

i asked to get my character restored with full bloodstrike and it gets restored and theres no items on it i wanted restored... HELP SUPPORT!!!!!!!!!
