It's me, Krang, tell Fz I'd like to start playing again.

I am level 110 and I was told this is the level I can upgrade my warden dagger. I have the dagger in inventory, went to wardens and there was no quest to be had. I talked to all of them and they say I already have all the meteoric artifacts. Can someone lend some advice?
