Lvl 55 here. I found that if anything I got a bit stronger after the update. The energy problem was not as extreme as I expected. Vines does a lot more damage. Though, really I'd be happier if I hunted solo less than I do. It's lonely. I guess the cost went up for specific abilities that I don't use...
