Which do you guys think is overall better at pvp Druid or ranger?

I'm hearing from everyone that(on my server) that rangers are the worst possible character to pvp with. Is there any build that makes them good at pvp?

For knuckle based ranger, should my str and dex be the same or should one be higher also. to be viable to be able to pvp which should be higher my HP or STR/Dex? Thanks
