My fire bolt does around 300-500 DMG (20/20) with fire attunement maxed, it does around 1000

I'm struggling through this, Arcane orb is better for combat because it's 150 resistances to magic fire and ice. But, Grimore gives 100 focus. Please help if you can.

Oh, I forgot to mention I also I have firestorm, it does 400 DMG with 20/20 fire attunement. At 1/20 so I still use it
