You need to upload the image to some sort of media sharing site, like Giphy (for gifs) or PostImage (which is what I prefer). Then when the image is uploaded, get the link, and put that in the Img tag in your sig.

I am angry at you Celtic Heroes! I’m very disappointed that no Halloween event has been planned. No information has been given although stuff is possible. Why not increase Garanak, Osan or Urchaid spawns? Why not give us a few potions for free? Or give us a special colour of the spidersilk fashion....
