So I finally got a response, turns out the item was bought on my main so I need to resend the request with the item on my main now lol.. Shoudnt be long now I should have known better :/

Woot! It worked! I got my refund on MASM! For anyone experiencing this issue, just use the in game support request and have patience. :) Now I'm just waiting for my alts refund but I'm sure it will be added any time now :) Thank you so much support! After reading some other posts on here I realized I needed to use the in game support messenger.. So I sent off my messages today with the built in support messenger. I sent an email dirrectly to support about 8 days ago but it appears they do not respond to those. It appears the in game support mes...
