No divine dmg only affects chaos based mobs and bosses such as ow bosses, dl bosses, and their adds.

Make around 300 str -1 hes a hybrid not a dps your strength is good maybe tune down focus to like 60-ish total wear full frozen its better than getting haste gloves and boots Full frozen isnt exactly better it just adds health and energy the dmg from the set has no use during training at any lvl un...
