Shatter is a skill tome. There are no pages that drop to create it. It can be found in sewers i belive ( probably wrong) or carrowmore. If you're gonna buy it aim for about 2k

U could actually get them on fingal's cave mobs especially boss bears and bats Bhutto b sure it's worth 2-6K from ppl

attack speed= same as ask and grim hammer

not much str req really
and trust me at lvl180 u do 2800+ dmg to 1000 armor if u do 35/35 shatter
