The prob with class based roll is that uskosi work for clan and bada work for themselves and i can't see the the rangers who have me my lions been very happy about me giving away a yellow one thats why i suggested a clan based roll and if you guys win you can roll among yourselves

I'm not sure I'm understanding your statement. Do you mean you would like to see each drop rolled on by clan regardless of need?

For example, a yellow lion drops so one person from badabing and one person from uskoci would roll on it. Badabing rolls higher and gets the yellow lion, even though badabing had no rangers participating in the fight. Is this what you are suggesting? And if so, wouldn't this make you guys more upset?

With a class based roll, if a yellow lion drops and uskoci has 3 rangers in the fight and badabing has zero, uskoci would automatically get the drop. It might not be fair based on a clan perspective, but it would be fair based on who participated in the fight. I might be wrong, but in my opinion I see a clan based roll pushing clans further apart rather than bringing them together. We all have friends in different clans, shouldn't we just be happy that we are helping out friends?

I agree... Those at the fight should get first dibs if they need em... Makes sense with two clans and two groups

If rolls r only done by those there would be pointless turning up to help for some of us as we r neither helping ourselves or our clan id rather see rolls for lion done on clan bases and clan can do what it wishes with it regardless of who was there

Still really nice rings and orbs from him... When we did the off the cuff group roll no one there needed the red lion so all rolled.... Same with the ring. Now some Mage in usk has a royal fire lure ring

I agree if no one needs a drop then it should be a ffa roll, or if one mixed group the person getting the drop keeps it.

@Drizz: Not sure how I feel about just rolling by clan for the sake of rolling by clan. If you camp something for hours, and fight it using your idols and pots, shouldn't you have a better chance of getting something if you need it?

What if the group was 80% Usk and 20% Bada, is it fair that Bada has a 50/50 chance of getting a drop?

I agree with Bitey. It isn't fair to roll for clan when someone killing the boss needs that particular drop. They may have camped it for several days and it finally spawns and then they don't end up getting it because the other clan won it in a roll. To me that's just a waste of time waiting and waiting for a boss when you only have a 50% chance of getting what you need.

I dint understand why suggest rolling in the dust place. He isn't an end game our raids size boss. If a group is there and is capable then do it. Group others around you before filling with clan members. If two groups come at same time dyke it out. There shouldn't be any rolling over stinking Pyrus it isn't aggy

Rolls should only take place if 2 groups are at the fight. If, like your scenario, there is a group with all usk and one or two bada's then the drop goes to whom ever it lands on due to there being only 1 group.

I like the idea of rolling but can we please keep it to raid bosses that take co-operation rather than branching it out to bosses that can be tackled by single clans. The only exception should be if there are 2 groups present at the fight.

You could say that bitey but why would say jakos tank and night heal they do it to benefit clan and if clan has a chance of yellow lion to benefit clan
I've pesonally seen rolls done on a drop by drop basis and a rogue won the warrior drop and then sold it
And if i could give a ranger the chance of a frozen bow then thats what i would like to do
Both clans operate very differently bada sell drops within clan where as usk give freely to next guy in line
