He's not a 'good mate'...

He's not a bad dude either. He just plays his own way. Nothing like spamming about or scamming or harassing people. His own way just happened to rub some people the wrong way.

Coming back to betray whichever clan he is joining again. Good luck to whichever clan that takes him. All the previous clans that gave him a chance, he blew it by leaving after getting the items he wanted. Sold his account and left. Again and again and again and again since update 2. So he is coming back again to betray any clan that is stupid enough to take him. Welcome back.
