I finally gathered all the information together, I found his true age.

It's 7,9,10,12,13,15,16,17 and turning 18 as well. He has multiple personalities and can't handle himself. The only time people talk to him is when there cussing him out or making fun of him. HEs gotten used to it and thinks it's a compliment because he's nvr got one before. Like he said himself, he's smart! What a great vocabulary he has. Consisting of ***, ***, and ***. Only three words his parents taught him because they called him them.

You guys do see that there's an easy solution to this? Just ingore him, block him just act like theres nothing there. It's a simple but effective move, the kid will soon realize that no ones giving him any attention and hopefully just move on. But seriously it's that easy.
