It's true that once you have something, you can do what you want with it. Ultimately no one can stop you, especially if you are unclanned.

I have to wonder though about the clan that invited you to get this trident. There are currently two clans that can kill Aggy in Arawn, and you didn't get that item with my clan.

I feel sorry for the other clan, because I'm sure that they have plenty of members that would have loved that trident. It makes me wonder why their leadership decided to give it to you to sell for personal gain, instead of giving it to one of their clan members.

Goodies it wasn't a gift from a clan i bought it from someone but what I do in my game effects nobody else's game so again idk why its such a concern did me trading a trident have any effect on ur gameplay your clan or anyone's clan for that matter i don't think it did cuz there is a abundance of these tridents now if I were in a clan i know the rules but alas I'm not restricted from doing this . But this is hardly worth anyone's time to post on cuz there isn't a right and wrong in this situation i did it thats can we all move on now lol

In my opinion Aggragoth Loot attained from Clan-led fights should not be SOLD in or out of clan for gold or items, im pretty sure everyone is aware and this has been a common practice on almost all other servers.
Future end-game loots and the current Aggy are precious and will always be important to any clan because they will help everyone be more ready for the next update bosses, as well as help to improve their clan-effectiveness in tackling Aggragoth anytime he spawned. 

YES, prices of some Aggragoth loots "may" be lower when Update 4 hits (if selling was an option in the future) but does it matter? NO, because they will still be rare and useful and relevant for the majority of players who are not up to the 150 ~ 180 lvl - And it takes a lot of time / resources to get to lvl 150. Likewise it was accquired as a clan through fights - the value of worth does not matter.

There is a number of Aggy items that people have bought before the Arwanian Policy Change of 2013... So these items should be able to be sold without anyone getting too bitchy... But if you guys have them talk to your cheifs/generals before you go ahead and offer them for sale. I know Jinora bought about 3 drops... Or maybe 2... So those are out there somewhere that people have... Along with a number of others...
