Actually i have a question on this topic if you dont mind if anyone had access to a clan bank and they did not create the acct but they duel log to transfer items in and out im sure this is done by many players in almost all clans is this a not a violation of the rule just curious?
I think that any shared account is technically a violation of the rule, but OTM probably overlooks clan bank toons because there isn't a built-in clan bank feature yet.

OTM mostly only enforces the rule on accounts that have been sold for in-game/real money. Forcing people to start fresh means more elixir and sigil sales for OTM. Clan banks are for holding raid loot, not leveling, so they don't care.

Ohhhh nueee nueee nueee lol i c what you doing what that certain level 205 player said was his wife can log on his account do you know if his wife has a toon on arawn? Anyone's personal family can log in on someone's device and otm wouldn't know the way they catch people oils lets say someone is playing from a IP address in Australia for in stance and that is there account but they are duel logging a acct that is normally played from the United States from said IP address in Australia that is the violation of the rule not a family member such as your wife or in my case if i am not home and my son loggs my acct he knows not too by the way but if he did is that a violation of the rule also i doubt it

I was more along the lines of him saying if its ok to share with his wife and he loves his clan like his wife then why couldn't he share .... Implying that he does it was his words not mine ... Anyone with a brian knows that certain ppl on that server share accs cheifs and all.

That is up for debate but im sure if otm had proof that would be up to otm to deal with but yet again he did not admit he is sharing acct in violation of rules as some were trying to say
Last sentence of his post he says thats why he shares his account with his wife. Self admission there.

While i think he meant to be flippant with that statement, it isn't something that can be disproven now that it has been said. Anyone else who lost their account after making a statement like that could always just say that they were joking around and OTM would have to restore a good handful of banned accounts. The problem is that OTM hasn't written any exceptions to the rule. They just seem to turn a blind eye to things like clan banks but I would imagine that any clan bank that is used by more than one person could be reported and banned.

The sharing of accounts isn't the issue. Making exceptions when reporting people is what i have a problem with.

Technically when you're married it unifies the man and the woman as one right? So technically you could fight that it wasn't shared with anyone as your wife and you are one. Literally, the definition is the unity of a man and woman. So when you register the account your wife registers the account. Whatever asset you have, is also your wife's and vice versa.

Unless you have a different kind of lifestyle where the wife and husband are independent, then you should be able to share accts

So wait i said earlier i have young child that has toon on arawn he does nothing but pick up chickens btw lol but if im not home and he grabs my ipad and the user and pass is auto logged and he logs in i lose acct and get banned then ? That would be same rules this has not happened but i use as example
