I don't know what to say man, personally I'll miss you alot. This has come as a big blow to me, you were like a brother to me.
You were someone I could joke with, someone I could talk to and most importantly someone that I could have a good time with. Saeki I wish you the best in why ever you choose to do and I know for sure that you'll succeed in it.

Um. No. The inactive characters don't count to clan rating. Since there is no number cap on Clanmates, (in Order & Chaos you can only have 250 including Alts) he doesn't need to kick anyone, but that doesn't mean they will at all effect power rankings. Because they simply won't. He is doing what Serenity does with Ana, or Aiob or Zumy, people we all love and don't wanna kick ever.

Best of luck in RL Saeki, and if you find a Super Combo Pot don't by any means traffic it across state lines. Enjoy yer RL leveling.
