Celtic Heroes

Hi all,

My wife and I just started playing and thought we should introduce ourselves.

Xia- Mage
Beran- Ranger
Giddle- Warrior

We are only in our 30's and probably will not be leveling up fast. Kids, work...etc. We formed our own clan because we got tired of the clan invites spam from people we don't know. We are the BlackWatch. My son plays Giddle some so don't be offended if he ignores you.

So far having fun. We have played a few MMO's in the past but haven't really done much for about 8 years. We playing things like DAOC, Nine Dragons, AO, and Kingdom of Drakkar (for you old timers).

I find the chatting system cumbersome and I cannot type very fast on tablet, so it is hard to get to know people. Hopefully it will get easier.

Give us a wave if you see us and we just might wave back if we are not too busy multi-tasking like doing laundry while trying to level up.

Yeah I need to start another account for my son. I started his character on my account.

If I can only get my daughter to play, but she thinks we are a bunch of nerds

Thanks for the warm welcome everybody. I had a few people say hi to me in game, which was nice. Started another warrior for my son on a seperate account so we could all play at once. If anybody said hi and I did not respond, I apologize. As has been well discussed, the chat system is not the best and I am still getting used to it.

I do have a question about the "To Grey Gorge" quest in Shalemont. I am supposed to find the missing war party. I found the prisoners but the captain only tells me to go away before I get caught. The only thing I can think of is that I need to kill a prison guard. At my level, it will be tricky to kill a prison guard but is doable with some luck. I don't have any other question marks or crossed swords on my compass. I see from a search of the boards that people have said this quest can be buggy, so I am not sure if this is a bug or not.

It's been awhile since I did that quest, but I'll try to help based on my recollections.

1) in the camp where you get he quest, go behind the tent and get the medical supplies. I think its the tent that doctor cormac is at?

2) take these supplies to a guy in Greygorge. To get there, go across the bridge to the west, and then head south, almost as far as you can go. When you get to the greygorge leystone, go up the hill and talk to the captain.

4) Go back to the main camp and get the other part of the quest.

5) next part of the quest is to get more medical supplies and take them to the other camp to the east. Just stay to the edge of the map and follow it around until you see some friendly NPCs at the base of the mountains surrounded by a small wall.


I never found this quest buggy, but I did find it confusing. Good luck!
