Another health topic.-.
Most people who play Celtic heroes play the game for large amounts of time on a daily basis. This itself isn't really that big of an issue, but how much physical movement do you get when playing the game? You have to Focus when playing you can't really get up and move around and things. Sure you can multitask but on a minimal scale. Because you have to focus on this game when playing and because you can't move around that much. You end up sitting still for the most part. This is an issue that can have many bad effects.
Effects of sitting still for to long:
Weak bones
Weak muscles
Your joints become weak
Fat,fat,fat,fat,fat,fat,fat,fat.
Body isn't stimulated
Can effect SLEEP (you won't be able to sleep because you used no energy during the day because you were playing Celtic heroes)
Numerous other stuff that i can't be bothered posting.
Whatever omo, I'll just go for a run at the end of the day.
No. If you just do one big lump of excerise at the end of the day its not helpful and not actually that beneficial. It's better to get smaller amounts of exercise throughout the day like 20mins of exercise every hour even if its simple. Doing it all in one big lump can at times do nothing to help you.
But 20mins every hour is way to much!
No it's not. Average person might wake at 8-9am sleep at 9-10 so your up for about 12 hours 12x20 is 240 divided by 60 is 40 so 4 hours of excerise a day. And it's split into 20 minute periods so if you think about it, it's not that much.
But excerise is only beneficial for losing weight.
No it's not. While excerise does help you lose weight (depending on how much you eat) it also helps on other things like keeping your muscles active so they don't become weak. It also helps simulate your body. You know how if you do nothing all day and just sit around your body feels all sluggish and grogy? That's because you didnt simulate it. Excerise can help your body feel invigorated and fresh. So if you excerise every day you shouldn't get that grogy feeling.
It's also good for your well-being.
When you excerise after you feel good, when you feel good you feel happy, if your happy you effect people around you, they become happy, you see stuff in a better way, you become optimistic. Circle of feeling good and being happy. Also when you feel good it motivates you to do other stuff. Like for example clearing out a garage you were meant to do months ago. Or doing homework thats way overdue.
If you are reading this get up excerise for 20 minutes sit back down do it again in and hour on every hour.
