At the meeting today we discussed daily bossing.
We came upon the times of 9-10 am mst and 8-9 pm mst everyday for bossing.
This is voluntary obviously I don't want to force you to boss during these times but it would be appreciated if you devoted these times to looking for bosses and killing placeholders.

Also Gazekus reccomemded that 1-6 am est (11pm-4am mst) is a good time for bossing. So I'll look into when those times are adding another bossing hour or modifying a current time.
