Funny how everyone evades the true solution. If you use common sense and fair play ( which means being truthful) this would not be an issue. Too many in this game fail to play nice and this spans across all clans. Point the finger at us if you choose but honestly if we wanted to be a ksing clan what do you think our world would look like? I can't say elementals has never ksed but what other clan who has the power to do so can say they are squeaky clan?

Mamba terms where worked out between the most powerful clans at the time. Can they be amended? Sure if it is necessary but until the game changes why would you need to? As I see it naruto said it well and that is how I will continue to play

But what instills the most controversy is when a difficult boss which drops valuable items is ksed, something only elementals is able to do consistently. It also so happens that these elementals made the ks rules in the first place so they can claim it wasn't a ks. The rules were put into place when there were two dominant clans, not one. Do the lower levels have no say? Otherwise we can wait until the next update and have the new system put into place, which approximated my suggested guidelines

Mamba you are implying that we ks on a regular bases and I would have to disagree. As for the new lock system be careful what you wish for. One solid tank can camp falgren hit first and hold until others arrive..it accomplishes exactly what others are complaining about. If I am correct your point two outlines this as a ks but in the future it will be legit.

What most don't consider is that this is a game about competition (i reiterate with fair play), our world is actually very peaceful considering our numbers. If you want flowers and rainbows check out My Little Pony.

Sorry, I didn't intend to make it sound like you ks often. I meant that if there is a clan capable of ksing it is yours, and I know that I have been ksed more by ur clan than any other. I would have to disagree with your counter example with a few of my own: often times the person camping is a rogue or Mage alt, not a tank. They 'need' falgren to equip their alts, no high level warrior in ur clan needs one as far as I know, so this camper would be unable to keep it locked for a minute without dying. There have been several times where a level 80 Mage is present as my group is formed. We start attacking and that Mage groups several high levels. They get the kill, simply because he was present before we started attacking. Maybe you disagree, but I consider this ksing and the future update will end this

The locking will only make this very situation worse. As the game changes so will the tactics. Many players have multiple devices and have no problem sitting a tank where they need to. Whether they will bother to depends on how badly they want dragons (or insert your drop of choice here). This simply creates a whoever hits it first wins scenario and encourages potting to hold it until help arrives.

Alishia, try thinking from a lower levels perspective for once. Tell me which of these two scenarios is more likely:

I'm at falgren with a small group. It spawns and I call more people. We start attacking. A camping elemental calls clan and they come 10 seconds after my group started hitting and they get the kill. Target lock fixes this and allows drops, such as drags, to trickle down to the lower levels. I think it's fair that a level 100 main should be able to get his warden before the level 50 alt of an elemental.
Second scenario: the person with two devices is camping along with me and hits immediately when falgren spawns. He is able to stay alive for a minute without dying, even with pots? This would definately require a main with good armor and vit. If u can solo it, go for it, I don't object. My group may come and be unable to ks because of target lock but so what? The high level elemental would have called his clan and gotten kill anyways.

I could care less if someone camps with their main. However, I think most people would agree with me that it is frustrating when someone is dual logged and checks with their Mage alt every few minutes, and negates the ks simply because he was present before my group starts attacking. Target lock clearly benefits the lower levels more than the higher levels. If u need further elaboration, I would gladly provide a stronger argument
