There has never been a breach of security here where people's usernames and passwords have been leaked. If someone says they have been 'hacked' what they most likely mean is that someone has gained access to their account, which can occur if you share your password with others or you have a password that is easy to guess.

We encourage people to have passwords which are a mixture of letters and numbers, not related to their character or username, or are the same as the ones they use for other games and websites. Sharing your password or account is against the terms of service, and can lead to your account being suspended if we discover this has happened.

I can only assume that the real hacker has made a forum account with Ironman's good name... Iron does not talk in broken English like that.

Gogosprint, everyone knows that you impersonated Ironman to gain the usernames and passwords of his friends and then hacked them. Like poor Awesed...

I appreciate community's clear response to this although, my post was facetious and rhetorical.

I remain convinced that true hacking has yet to occur and that more often than not, the user themselves are at fault for revealing their username and password.

I am however extremely concerned at what appears to be an alarming increase in this kind of activity. I have recently been approached by 2 characters for an account trade. They are Agrath2 and Ken2Ken. I am not suggesting that these characters are the true perpetrators, more that I feel they have fallen to foul play.

I never befriended these actual characters but I was friends with one of agrath's alts. The distinct difference in personality and use of grammar was what really made me notice.

I have seen a lot of impersonators and people trying to "buy" accounts. It's starting to get ridiculous.

No I can clearly state there has never been any hacking of the game.

The issues some people are having are usually because they give someone else their password, either ingame or via some website pretending to offer free plat.

The minute you share your password you have basically given up control of your account.

Please never share your password under any circumstances and you will not have to worry about losing your items or accounts.

I did help awesed get back on track, as well as ethanisawesum...

However, now because of a dumbass "friend" of mine who was a co-player on my acc Drajonas and/or Ken2ken definitely with a relation to Vixen have took hold of Napster on belenus.

FYI: If you see anyone from enigma, feel free to insult em... Seriously, enigma tried to sabotage my clan and my hacked acc was used to kick out members who now think i was the one who kicked them.
