As said in title this person is scammer, he scam me 8.3k, diamond, fabled ring Of abundant aura, quartz dag, silver carnagae ade in world xfer, noone trust him

He scammed you for wat purpose ? He not a rogue and even if he would sell those item wouldn't get my much gold also i never heard of world transfers?
