Well it would have been according to old advocate rules but it depends on your clan's rules. Of course you don't have to follow your clan's rules, but don't expect to be able to stay in the clan or to get a good reccommend from them.

And our clan rules are pass all drops from clan kills to generals but of course there are always going to be some greedy people that think it's ok not to follow rules just because they get something valuable. Should've known how mature you were by your name..
