No offence to admins but support doesnt work because when we report a player, nothing seems to br happening

I was scammed today

There policy is to place blame with the victim. Now their moronic rules do not allow for the victim to warn other people of the scammer in question, support will tell you you traded the item to said player. GOOD JOB
