The dark alleys of Belenus

This world is nice.
The landscapes are nice,
the weather is nice,
the people are (mostly) nice
but it's not all smiles and sunshine.
Oh no, there are dark doings in Belenus. Dark deeds that entice the most unlikely of participants.
So beware, good people of our world. Beware of the dark corners of Dal Riata where people learn to change their true colours. Colours that aren't taught to our children because their shades and hues would taint their young and impressionable minds.
These people have stayed quiet as of late, but are now starting to show themselves. One of these fiends has been located and identified, and is to be avoided at all costs.
He is deadly, he is vicious, he is dastardly, and he is worst of all seductive.
