I believe in an earlier contest they asked the images to be attached through an alternate site due to the web capacity pictures take.
The picture that has been attached in an earlier post was possible because it got moved from another forum post so it bypassed the no attachment option.

So people who would want to submit a picture need to find their own server to publish the picture. "photo bucket/daviantart" are 2 examples but there are many more.

Story:
Once, before Fingal, before Tir Na Og, and before the modern heroes, there were beings that roamed the Celtic land. These beings had harnessed the power of old magic, the strongest of all magic and power. They imbued this magic into their armor, making the armor the best of all time; added the magic to their weapons, making them the most lethal of mankind's weapons.

These beings were known as the “Titans.”

As the saying goes, "with great power comes great responsibility," and with the greatest power of mankind in the hands of the Titans, they could not resist using it to expand their territories and create new empires. The Titans split into clans, and thus, the race for power and complete control began. Wars erupted across the Celtic continent; the earth drank the blood of the fallen, bloodthirsty for more. Eventually, the race was exterminated, the landscape torn apart, razed by the brutal onslaught and carnage. The armor they wore and the weapons they held disappeared, buried under the power of Mother Nature.

However, there was one last survivor of the Titan race. He had seen the endless wars, battles, and bloodshed for many, many years. He abhorred all the gruesome scenes he experienced, and on that last day before the Great War, he left the battlefield in search of a greater meaning of life and peace. He locked away all his possessions, his mystical armor and weapons, his blueprints for the legendary weapons and stored it in an area in only which he could access, protected by ancient magic…

Time passed, humans appeared, and life flourished, while the old Titan watched the growth from the sidelines. The Titan would occasionally coax mankind in a direction so that they would ever so expand, grow and prosper. On the other hand, the thought of a Utopian society would be unthinkable. There exists no such thing as a perfect area in which man and woman live in peace, free from the horrors of reality. Monsters from different realms broke through the barriers of the Celtic World, looking to claim the land for their own. Mordris, Aggaroth, Necromancer, Sreng, and the most fearsome of all, asserted their dominance on the human race.

The old Titan could no longer watch from the side and believed it was his duty to help usher new heroes into the age. To reestablish control and blot out the darkness that had taken reign of the land. He unlocked his chests and the secrets of the Titan armor were unleashed, now in the hands of our Celtic Heroes…

The Robes Of the ArchMage

I have always though that the greatest Mages would be in the simplest outfits. Brown, tattered, and no frills. Sandals on their feet. And the "Hands of the ArchMage" would not be gloved, their hands themselves would be infused with mystical energies. The hat would be a real wizards hat. We could finally look the part of serious mages.

The set bonus would include a slight glow that is normally white light, and tinges slightly blue or red when fire/ice attune is active. The bonuses from pieces would balance ice and fire magic, so that all mages could use it, and each piece would give good focus boosts.

The main hand is an open book. Mages are scholars, its time we got to reading instead of just hitting mobs with the books... There would be a fire book or an ice book with (this is High End equipment) skill points and speed ups for the Attune, and 2 main damage spells of either fire or ice (there would be 2 versions)

The off hands are crystals with large focus boosts.
