Hi there. Many of you know me as Sten. but you probably haven't seen that account in a while. That's because support deactivated it after it was hacked. I have asked support to reactivate it but im still waiting for a response. If i do get it back, since this is not the first time it was hacked, should i delete the character and be rid of the account once and for all, or give it one more chance? Please tell me what I should do. Thanks

Stop sharing ur info and this won't be a problem anymore, since its not the first time... then just go play soccer or volleyball.

The first time it happened, the person who hacked me posed as someone from the company who needed to get on and do a patch. Idk how it happened a second time. I already play soccer, thanks

I know who the hacker is and from my info this 'hacker' is banned at the moment. (Ps i can not name this char in any way)

Im sorry Ghost497, I was being sarcastic, no one in otm will ever ask for your info and you should know better. Support is not responsible and will not return any items (unless u sold to vendor or dropped them by accident) 
The only thing you can do atm is learn from your mistake and don't trust anyone with your info, you can't possibly not know how it happened the second time and to rage quit or to delete your character will not help bring your items back either. Sorry you got stabbed in the back but I hope you'll learn from it and move on, best of luck!
