Twis wrong witha few skills.

Fingals- longshot, riposte, ice blast, shatter, double attack

Carrow- expose weakness, ice attune, fire attune, sanctuary, rupture, life steal, shield wall, double shot

Sewers- shadowstrike, explosive arrow, defensive formation, skewer, stinging swarm, frostbite

All mobs drop each skill. Its just a matter of luck and patience that you will get one.
