This was before the update and when i contacted them thy denied everything i said and stopped replying very unhelpful customer service

there's no point for otm to not give you the plat they can generate an infinite amount of it so i think it has to be an error with the purchase you made,must come from apple

oh and why will you quit the game only for this you can still refund your cash
