Ive reported countless times and it never helps

Yes they do something. They're just very busy and sometimes don't reply to tickets but read every one of them. To speed things up, try to be specific, so if someone's harassing others:

1. Read the policy on harassment on these forums.
2. If you need to report, say the time (and time zone), date, user, what happened.

It does seem like your problems do not get answered but it is not supports fault they have loads and loads of those coming in everyday. It's a wonder how they even get through most of them

Yes support takes a litle while but wen I droped my blodstrike helm I got it back in 3 weeks but I still thank admin for getting my helm back because the support team are realy bussy.
