i dont know how you do it without regens....i would buy some type of amulet that regens or rejuvs...then when u upgrade try to swap amulet and gold for the next one better....example...buy a silver rejuv then do silver rejuv+35k-50k for golden rejuv...and then to heroic

Ur 103 hustle farm the mobs that drop skills. Farm bosses in Otherworld and mobs. Grind and save but if ur like me hide ur gold on alt so u don't spend it :p
