Brutus and falgren level and location

Hello I've recently started a new warrior on crom (alexisboss) and I've recently got it to Lvl 50. I started the warden quest and looked at a guide on how to get sword of the shining sun. It said that you have to kill Brutus and falgren. What I need help with is where to find them and what level they are. Thanks
