Everyone knows about *Name Removed* and the 1mil scam, my question however is: what did support do about this? *Name Removed* scammed lets say 50 odd people, only now has he been disabled. What about if you guys followed up on the first support ticket?
Now everyone who got scammed has quit/lost lots of cash and what does support have to say? The usual 'we are looking into your problem'? You guys take a hell of a lot time staring at problems and not so much doing anything about it.
What's the point of support?
