if you dont have regens yet save for those instead of buying skill rings right now. Rings arent that useful till level 80+. Start by buying a bronze ammy for 35k or the two regen rings for no higher than 18k each.

imho any regen lux is useless for mages, until lvl 150. you have sigils or you have eboost. 10 tick won't change anything... my advice is to save for an offhand or crown that gives focus and thats all
