Does the in game reporter work?

NOT one bit they get banned and all the stuff you got scammed of disappears and they just make a new account and it all over again. I mean honestly it only makes it harder for you. And they get past it by making a new account.

the in game reporter works but the PEOPLE who are tasked to answer the messages seem to be sleeping most of the time.
