i'm lvl 45 but i have been camping lately

at your level, i suggest killing Marshal Gannon at Shalemont Ravine, South Camp.

Gannon is a Level 50 Warrior with a Mace as a weapon, you should easily dispatch him at your level.

if you get hit it's a good place to train your First aid, since you will be healing alot.

so ye, get a silver necklace of Energization for now.

ok i have been training in stone on pigs in stuff my light heal is 15/15

Pigs are good, but Gannon is better, As soon as gannon dies, it spawns half a minute later, and if you're impatient, you can easily kill the 2 Conacht Warhorse under the tree
