You gotta load the image onto the internet before you can host it here.
I personally use Imageshack, but other people use may use Photobucket or something.
When it's uploaded to Imageshack, copy and past the image url into your post with the img brackets around it.
You can get an image's url by right clicking it and selecting properties. Under the General tab, highlight the URL and copy it (CTRL+C); make sure it ends in .jpeg, .gif, or something like that. You can than paste it into your post (CTRL+V)
