Celtic Heroes

I have looked around on Ranger forums and have gotten an idea but I would like to see what all of you suggest on how to start a ranger stats, skills, equipment, etc i haven't create my ranger yet but to start it off I have heroic gloves of haste, heroic ammy, war bow of the sun and ancient war bow for later on my armour will probably be rubbish just the starting armour + Non-Class warriors bp I am also looking for double attack thanks and have any suggestions please let me know
