It's an unobtainable item that goes at 70K as a common price on Crom and because it is no longer sold, price will raise higher not lower.
If you care for an example go look at the Camo Charms, Earthstone, bloodlust helmet ect..

I'm a Danu player and just saying I've already gotten a 150k offer on my golden shrink i paid 75k, 70k is a decent price now that they're out of shop
just sharing this info.

^ You probably got ripped off hard then.
Unlike other discontinued items such as the golden camo or blood lust items that you mentioned, the growth/shrink charms add no benefit, so expecting such an immediate increase in price is slightly ridiculous.
Wouldn't expect prices to rise to 100k for another year or so (unless the buyer is really desperate and rich), since it takes up your charm spot and gives no real advantage.

The day after the first left shop I did see a shout for 100k for a growth charm. I was so mad at myself for not buying 2 if that was for real. Ha
