Tell me this please...I got this sea chart drop from the pirate captain Blackbeard I think his name was...but what do I do with it as its got no value in vendors?

It's required for the quest that gives you your Meteoric weapon. (Upgrade from Wardens)

Ah.nice one mate.I have my full astral armour but the guys in round circle sat I've got everything but u have no weapon warden or astral at all.....where can I get it?
