Top clans?

Do your top clans work together or just one big clan? How are drops distributed? How will u all distribute aggy ect drops?
Rolling system. only melee class get spears casters roll for books, all clans work together for the most part, most of the higher lvls generally have a high tolerance for their fellow higher lvls.
Drops are distributed on a needs basis
